Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sign Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing, assembling and fabricating components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires a strong understanding of fabrication techniques and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to fabricate components accurately.
- Operate various fabrication tools and equipment, including saws and drills.
- Assemble parts and components with precision, adhering to quality control standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet design specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fabricator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and tools, with the ability to read technical drawings.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety practices in the workplace.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.50 per hour
