Requirements:
- HVAC - 5 years recent commercial experience in the field
- Refrigeration - 5 years recent experience
working with 15-20 ton units (minimum)
- Service Technician - 5 years in the field (not managing buildings) recent commercial experience
- Ability to service, repair, diagnose, troubleshoot, and test commercial HVAC equipment
- Skilled at servicing and maintaining DX units
- Set and install package units / split systems
- Work on VAV boxes and water source heat pumps
- RTU and AHU experience - 5 years
- Looking for someone with air cooled chiller experience - 5 years experience
- Knowledge of controls preferred, but not required
- Must have and maintain a positive attitude
- Must have own tools
Licenses Required:
- EPA Certification
- Valid Driver's License

Education: High school or equivalent
