Processes include digital and screen printing, chemical etching of metals, chemical processing, and various fabricating machines. AMADA Turret Presses, punch presses, shears, fiber and CO2 Laser systems, general plant air handling equipment, and Robotics. The plant environment is a mix of conditioned and non-conditioned spaces. The ability to perform in 110F temperatures and being able to lift 50lbs is a requirement for many tasks. Key Responsibilities:

Preventative Maintenance
Scheduled Repairs and Rebuilds
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting: Mechanical, Electrical, Fluid
Collaboration with equipment suppliers and technicians
Assist Engineering with Projects and Equipment Installations
Compliance with OSHA, LOTO, NFPA, NEC, Hazmat, etc.
Maintain Accurate Records

Background Requirements:

3+ Years in Industrial Maintenance
Ability to read and understand technical manuals and wire diagrams
Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
