Key Responsibilities:

Lead complex electrical design projects from initial concept through to manufacturing, testing, and installation.
Utilize your expertise with variable frequency drives, servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, and more to execute and evaluate engineering designs.
Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to integrate electrical designs with other disciplines.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Oversee the selection, implementation, startup, and troubleshooting of industrial control systems and networking devices.
Drive innovation by exploring and integrating new technologies to enhance performance and ensure project success.

Experience Required:

10+ years in designing industrial control systems for industrial equipment.
Proven experience with variable frequency drives, servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, industrial networking devices, and AC/DC motor control techniques.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software for developing schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and PE Certification preferred.
