Position Overview:

As an Experienced Recruiter, you will source, screen, and place candidates in blue-collar positions. You’ll also help manage our onsite Blue Collar Virtual Trade School, helping to develop and train the next generation of skilled workers. This role offers a competitive salary, commissions, bonus opportunities, a flexible schedule, and unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various blue-collar positions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
Oversee the Blue Collar Virtual Trade School, coordinating training programs and student enrollment.

Requirements:

Proven recruitment experience, preferably in the blue-collar industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
