Production operations include digital and screen printing, chemical etching of metals, chemical processing, and various fabricating machines. AMADA Turret Presses, punch presses, shears, fiber and CO2 Laser systems, and Robotics. The plant environment is a mix of conditioned and non-conditioned spaces. The ability to perform in 110F temperatures and being able to lift 50lbs is a requirement for many tasks.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Production Operator to join our team in North Kansas City, Missouri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor production equipment and machinery.

- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.

- Follow standardized work processes and adhere to safety and quality standards.

- Maintain accurate production records and logs.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.

- Inspect finished products for quality assurance.

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in production operations.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
